1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet entered the preparation stage (i.e., it has not been processed).

- Once your order has entered the preparation/processing stage, we cannot accept cancellations due to the nature of food products (for reasons of freshness and hygiene).
2. Returns & Exchanges
DUE TO THE NATURE OF FOOD PRODUCTS, AND FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE REASONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED.
However, you have the right to a return or exchange in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Damaged or Spoiled Product: If you find the product to be physically damaged (crushed, broken, etc.) or spoiled (indicated by an off smell, discolouration suggesting a broken cold chain) upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please take photos of the unopened delivery package and contact our customer service. Upon our confirmation of the situation, we will arrange for a replacement with the same product or issue a refund.
- Wrong/ Missing Product Delivered: If you receive a product you did not order, or a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us on the same day. Once we verify the situation, we will deliver the correct product to you or issue a refund.
3. Return Process
